Rough and (almost) ready
I've continued to work on the "catcher" cloth (bag) over christmas and am pleased... and a little surprised by... where that took me. The front panel is done, all hand stitched, and uses only reclaimed cloth. Now I just need to complete the body construction and add straps. I love that this piece has no straight lines and is so rough and ready.

Thank you both. I liked the light shinning through and was thinking about making some kind of curtain with a border that was worked like this. I was happy with the roughness of the stitching... which is really very me... since I have no training in any of this. I just love to explore and experiment.
Great design...the squares within squares...love it. The fabric within the larger square is beautiful.
